Trained by the internationally recognized grief expert and author, David Kessler, I bring his tools, methodology, and decades of experience to help you navigate the challenges of grief. I can help you navigate the loss or anticipated loss of your loved one, move through your pain, and help you rebuild your life at your pace. I have supported people through a variety of losses including:

Grief can be overwhelming, and it is not uncommon to feel like you no longer want to live. Many people in grief have fleeting thoughts of wanting to “join their loved one”, or “no longer want to exist”.
